Research On Scientific Data Service Of University Library Under E-science Environment

E-science environment,scientific research is turning to data intensive scientific research,more and more scientific research is based on the existing research data,the scientific research users increasingly diversified and complicated,demand for scientific data to carry out the scientific data service is imminent.University library has a unique advantage in scientific data service and powerful conditions,college libraries should seize the opportunity,meet the challenge,actively carry out scientific data service,innovation of university library service mode,seeking new opportunities for the development of university library.This paper based on the domestic and foreign current situation of the practice of university library scientific data service investigation and study,summarized the successful experience of foreign university library scientific data service,analyses the problems existing in the library science data service in colleges and universities.On this basis,from two aspects of the service and support,to build the overall framework of the university library scientific data service.Scientific data service should use scientific data service platform,the development of scientific data service including scientific data management planning and scientific data collection,organization,storage,sharing,analysis,navigation,retrieval,consultation and personalized recommendation main links such as,the article detailed implementation of each link.In order to smoothly carry out scientific data service,university library should strengthen the scientific data for the construction of the librarian system,emphasis on user data for scientific literacy education,actively seeking financial support,at the same time,the relevant state departments should formulate scientific data management and sharing policy.
