| With the advent of the era of information,software designing has become an important industrial pillar of national economic development,while the salary level is also constantly attracting various talents to join it.In this context,the software designing to grow steadily.The increasing number of the employees and software companies is also approaching saturation.As the market demand tends to be stable,whether the company can deliver products on time to improve customer goodwill has become the key factor for the company to establish itself in the market.This thesis takes the A software project of D company as the research object.The A software project mainly realizes the sales function of additional products of major airlines.As a key project of D company,the delayed delivery of A software project damages the interests of D company with reducing customer satisfaction and lacking following investment in key projects.By means of detailed analysis of the three typical schedule management cases: "inaccurate time estimate","subjectively defined schedule" and "obstacles on initiating communication",this thesis summarized the questions in the process of A software project schedule management: missing professional theory method in working hours evaluation,lacking process control in the progress designing and the barrier among long distance communications because of the organization structure.The study puts forward several solutions such as improving the accuracy of man-hours estimation through specific classification of man-hours using WBS work decomposition structure and risk management;setting up milestone nodes,using earned value method to effectively track the progress and personnel allocation in the process of project designing;improving the form of communication,cultivating employees’ awareness of positive communication and setting up local interface team to smooth long-distance communication,and eventually form a set of effective schedule management program.Through the research of this thesis,the timely delivery rate of D company’s software designing projects will be improved so that customer satisfaction will be enhanced.Ultimately the competitiveness of D Company in the industry will be strengthened.At the same time,it also has certain reference value for other companies’ software designing project schedule management. |
