Case Study On Schedule Optimization Of Software Development Project

With the popularization of information technology,the software industry has made more and more important contribution to the economic field of our country.However,there are still some problems in software development projects,such as low quality of delivery,serious delay,cost exceeding control,and even project failure.Therefore,it is very important for the development of enterprises and even the software industry to improve the development mode of traditional projects,to introduce scientific project management methods to optimize the progress management of software projects,to promote the transformation of enterprise agility,to improve the flexibility and agility of enterprises to increase the ability of enterprises to cope with the internal and external environment of continuous and dynamic changes.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the schedule management of Q software development project through the research on the status quo of schedule management of Q software development project in I company.And through the comprehensive use of Scrum and the latest research results of critical chain at home and abroad,to solve the impact of resource constraints and uncertain events,put forward a feasible and effective scheme in the combination of agile development mode and critical chain method.Finally,the paper designs a set of schedule management optimization scheme suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise to realize the optimization of the schedule management of Q software development project.This provides reference for the follow-up software development projects.
