With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology,software development is also facing a new problem:users typically want the development team will be more responsive to user needs,more efficient submission software products,a more proactive response to changing user needs.To meet these new challenges,innovative software development companies not only at the technical level,but also in project management methods sought innovation.Where Agile methods as a new way to break the traditional software development model gradually adopt many outstanding software development companies,and applied to a large number of software project management.In many agile methods,Scrum agile methods in its own advantages,has become one of the most representative and most widely used method.Scrum is a framework for the development and maintenance of complex products,is an incremental,iterative development process.In this framework,the entire development process consists of several short iteration cycles,and a short iterations called a Sprint,Sprint recommends that the length of each is 2-4 weeks(the Internet can be used R&D 1 week Sprint).Earned value,also known as the earned value method or deviation analysis.Earned value analysis method is to use a method more in project engineering,is an effective method of project progress and costs of integrated control.Earned value value lies in the progress of the project and the cost of the comprehensive measure,which can accurately describe the state of progress of the project.In the project implementation process,large deviations between the workload of the project team estimates their own tasks and tasks actually required,is not conducive to the project manager to monitor project progress.Based on the Scrum project schedule control problem in detail,and summarizes the previous project schedule control experience,we introduce Scrum project control method based on uncertain Earned Value Analysis.By multiple factors affect the progress of the estimated accuracy of the analysis and research,the final choice of business complexity and technical complexity of the task as a model factor established earned value model uncertainty,it is possible to estimate staff workload adjustment,so the estimated workload is closer to the actual amount of work required to take in order to achieve the purpose of the project Lean surveillance.In this paper,a financial company to do a project schedule control status of in-depth analysis,combined with the actual situation,project progress control,uncertainty earned value model application implementation.Practice results show that the closer to the actual value of the work through the model after tuning.
