| Today,with the deepening of the cultural system reform,GXXH Bookstore has been transformed from a public institution into an enterprise.Employees’ values and behaviors need to change as well.Taking GXXH bookstore as an example,this study comprehensively uses literature research method,quantitative analysis method,investigation method,combined with qualitative and quantitative research to diagnose the status quo of corporate cultural identification of GXXH bookstore after its transformation,to find out the reasons of the problems and put forward countermeasures for improvement,in order to provide experience for similar enterprises.This study first analyzes the basic conditions of corporate cultural construction after the transformation,and sorts out the background and achievements of its corporate cultural construction.Although GXXH Bookstore has relatively established some corporate cultural content,due to the low identification,corporate culture fails to play its value and role.Through the collection of employees’ questionnaires,interviews,this study found that the corporate culture recognition is low.The reasons include: the corporate cultural construction is inconsistent with the corporate strategy,and the core values,goals and missions of corporation are not clear;Employees are satisfied with the status and lack of sense of crisis;Employees fear that the reform will harm their own interests,and utilitarianism prevails.After the transformation,the psychological gap of staff is large,pride frustrated.Here are the measures:Insufficient understanding of the connotation of enterprise culture;employees are satisfied with the status and lack of the sense of crisis;employees fear that the reform will harm their own interests and utilitarianism prevails;after the transformation,the psychological gap of employees is large and the pride frustrated.The improvement countermeasures include: integrating the enterprise culture,mainly promoting the professionalism of the enterprise culture construction,making it clear that the enterprise culture is consistent with the strategy of the Party and the state,adapting to the era innovating the enterprise culture,and making employees understand the connotation of the enterprise culture correctly through publicity.To realize self-driven reform,put the Party organization in the highest position,conduct benchmarking study internally and externally,and establish fault-tolerant mechanism and incentive mechanism.Provide employees with sufficient sense of security,enhance employees’ participation and initiative through authorization,ensure equal and just resource allocation.Enhance employees’ happiness and sense of gain,respect and care for employees,stabilize employees’ working mood,and grow together with employees based on the concept of collaborative symbiosis.Therefore,this study make these conclusions: First of all,to cope with the changes brought about by the transformation of corporate culture,the difficulty lies in the transformation of inherent thinking and how to distribute benefits,the key lies in the transformation of employees’ psychology,breaking inertia and triggering change.The purpose of corporate culture construction is the common development of corporation and employees and to make sure sustainable development.Only by strengthening employees’ recognition of corporate culture and repeating intensify it through group can let employees integrate corporate culture into their daily actions and practice corporate culture consciously.Second,the construction of corporate culture should be based on the needs of employees,and the main force should be transferred from formal things to the identification of employees,which needs to be implemented by all employees and each department in highly unified actions.Third,the transformation is the inevitable choice of era.Corporations should never forget their original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind.They should inherit what can be inherited,develop and innovate,systematically integrate corporate culture,try to service the social market economy. |
