Enterprise culture is a kind of soft power that runs through the whole process of enterprise operation and management. Good corporate culture can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, is the source of the power of sustainable development of enterprises. In the historical stage of intense competition in the market tends to, the focus of competition has been from the product or service competition, channel competition, human capital competition changes for the debate on enterprise system, culture, from tangible to intangible. This study takes the BQ Company as a case in the period of transformation and change. Combined with the Denison enterprise culture evaluation model, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the way, the corporate culture of its diagnosis and research, and combined with the diagnosis of the results put forward the optimization suggestions and strategies.This study is based on the case of BQ Company which is experiencing a period of reform and reorganization. Combined with the corporate culture model of Denison, this paper will diagnose and research corporate culture of BQ company with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and then come out with optimization suggestions andstrategies.Through diagnostic analysis, the conclusion of this paper is as follow: Employees' participation and adaptability is relatively weak while their sense of mission and consistency is stronger. This reflects high stability and low flexibility in the overall characteristic of corporate culture.BQ company has deficiencies in its capability development, authorization, innovation and reform, Etc.BQ Company has shown strong cohesion and consistency in corporate culture, while highly integrated thoughts and conceptions will cause interference to its enterprise transformation. Corporate culture is disconnected with management, which cannot play a promoting role on employees Performance.BQ Company has a great cooperative atmosphere, and the employees have integrated themselves with the company emotionally.According to this diagnostic analysis, this study offer optimization suggestions and strategies to its enterprise cultural construction and organizational system guarantee, which has considered the developing situation and future development of BQ company.
