With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,more and more enterprises pay attention to the power of corporate culture.As an important part of the soft power of enterprises,corporate culture plays an important role in the competition among enterprises and the development of enterprises themselves.The younger age of employees and the diversity of communication forms are all favorable conditions for the new media to play its full role."Wechat Platform" is based on market demand,providing mobile application entrance for enterprises or organizations,helping enterprises establish links with employees,upstream and downstream supply chains and enterprise applications.Firstly,this paper investigates and combs the current situation of corporate culture construction in Company B.Through preliminary research and development,it is found that although Company B has a set of corporate culture system and does not neglect the construction of corporate culture,the effect is very little.Since the launch of Wechat platform in 2016,it has provided a good channel for corporate culture dissemination and has not fully played its due role.This paper finds that there are some problems in the Wechat platform of Company B,such as unclearly module management,simple publishing form,small amount of clicks and reading,and lack of material layer construction.There are many reasons for these problems,such as weak corporate culture foundation,insufficient management attention and limited professional level of the person in charge.By summarizing the existing problems and analyzing the causes of the problems,combining the relevant theoretical knowledge of corporate culture,new media,communication and the actual situation of Company B,functions of Wechat platform,this paper explores the role of Wechat platform in the cultural construction of Company B.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of Wechat platform of Company B from four aspects,redesigns the content of the module,strikes directly at the needs of the target audience,increases interaction with activities,enriches the form of publishing content to solves the existing problems gradually.It also clarifies the key and difficult points of the implementation of the scheme,and formulates organization guarantees,institutional guarantees,team support and resource guarantees to ensure the implementation of the scheme.It is hoped that this study can make the Wechat platform of Company B play an effective role in promoting corporate culture.At the same time,it is also hoped that this study will provide some experience for other companies in the same industry in promoting corporate culture.
