As the participants and performers of setting strategic goals,the middle managers are the bridge and cornerstone of a company.They are the key factors and have irreplaceable roles in the construction of corporate execution.The level of the execution quality of middle managers is not only related to the execution ability of a team,but also determines the execution level of a company and determines whether the company's strategic goals can be achieved.HW Culture Media Company is a fastgrowing listed media company,but it has encountered many difficulties in the company's business development process,mainly due to the long project cycle,customer carelessness and other issues.The emergence of problems is mainly because of the executive power of middle managers.Therefore,this article takes HW Culture Media Company as an example to explore the influencing factors affecting the executive power of middle managers.This paper study the connotation and influencing factors of executive performance of middle managers using both literature research and questionnaire survey methods.Then the key influencing factors affecting the executive performance of the middle managers are further explored:(1)centralized operation mode;(2)imperfect enterprise system,including performance appraisal system,compensation Institutions,promotion mechanisms,and training systems;(3)neglect the importance of corporate culture;(4)the limitations of middle managers' professional capabilities.Finally,combined with the status of HW cultural media company,the paper put forward some suggestions to improve the executive power of middle managers.
