Geely's acquisition of Volvo cars is the Chinese enterprises to acquire the success of western companies,geely holding group chairman Ii shufu cultural policy is to acquire the key to success,li did not adopt the mode of multinational enterprise culture integration,but keep the independence of the Volvo car management,all-round authorized Volvo cars spirit connotation of enterprise culture,and put forward the construction of"global"enterprise culture,have certain forward-looking and era significance.Indeed,there is a huge difference between Swedish business culture and Chinese business culture.After the acquisition,the asia-pacific headquarters of Volvo car in China is set up with mostly Chinese employees.Whether Chinese employees can adapt to the business culture from northern Europe remains a thorny problem.However,after eight years of development,the performance of Volvo cars in the market and operation has proved the feasibility of this road.Culture has not become a factor hindering the acquisition,but the"people-oriented"and"safe travel" advocated by its corporate culture has become a hot spot in the luxury car market.Such success cannot be achieved without the internal integration and communication of corporate culture,especially in the face of complex internal communication environment.Therefore,the strategy of internal communication of corporate culture of Volvo automobile is of great reference significance for multinational enterprises in China.In this paper,the differences between Chinese business culture and Swedishbusiness culture,geely corporate culture and Volvo corporate culture are compared,and the potential risk of cultural conflict is pointed out.Secondly,based on the theory of organizational communication,this paper analyzes the internal communication strategy of Volvo automobile corporate culture,and evaluates the communication effect through questionnaires and interviews.Finally,based on the evaluation results of strategic analysis and communication effect,this paper puts forward Suggestions on the internal communication of multinational enterprise culture in China.The innovation of this paper lies in that it studies the internal communication of corporate culture based on the theory of organizational communication.Cultural integration is a category of management science,but the essence of integration is a meaningful communication.
