Research On DK Company's Corporate Culture Construction

Corporate culture is not only the soul of the company,but also the soft power of the company's development and competition.The competition of contemporary enterprises is not only the competition of technology,knowledge,and talents,but also the competition among corporate cultures.A good corporate culture can inspire employees' work enthusiasm and work creativity,provide a culture for enterprises,build up their strength,and provide a source of motivation for the company's steady progress.Judging from our country,the corporate culture construction of domestic enterprises has only just begun.The corporate culture has many problems such as unevenness,lack of system,and incompleteness.Corporate culture does not have the desired effect on companies.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the entry point of this article is the corporate culture of DK Corporation.First,it analyzes the differences in corporate culture between domestic and foreign publishers and points out the necessity of cultural construction in China.Second,through questionnaires and interviews,this paper not only analyzes and evaluates its corporate culture,but also points out the current corporate culture issues.Finally,based on the objectives of DK corporate culture,this paper puts forward its cultural construction strategy and strategy implementation measures.Through the use of relevant theories of corporate culture construction,this paper analyzes the current status of DK corporate culture in detail,and proposes corporate culture construction programs and measures based on the actual situation.The study of this article has greatly promoted the sustainable and healthy development of DK company's corporate culture.
