Research On The Process Management Of J Enterprise Software Project Based On The Scrum Model

With the advent of the information age,the software industry has been developing rapidly and people's demand for software is getting higher and higher.The importance of software project management is increasingly prominent,and there are more and more kinds of software project management models,such as waterfall model,prototype model,spiral model and agile model.J enterprise has been involved in software development industry in recent years due to its transformation and business restructuring.With the increase of J enterprise software development projects,a series of important problems need to be solved in the process of software project management.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation and the usage of software project management model of software development project of J enterprise,and starting from the instance,simple describes the enterprise in different stages of the software project management problems.Furthermore,it is found that the software project process management model(waterfall model)used by J enterprises is no longer applicable and needs to be improved.Next,the original model is improved with the Scrum agile method.The process management process adopts the process model of the Scrum method and replaces the previous linear development method with the iterative development method,emphasizing the requirements management.And the four meetings of the Scrum throughout the project development,with frequent delivery and quick feedback to improve the software.A Scrum team has been formed,from organizational culture to team composition and member collaboration,and has made targeted improvements to the existing team issues.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the above improvement measures,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of organizational structure and software project process management.This paper not only helps improve the J enterprise software development and project management ability,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,also help for the same type of small and medium-sized software research and development enterprise provides the reference.
