Application Research Of Scrum Agile Project Management Method In DZ YJT Project Management

With the rapid development of information technology and networking,the traditional software project development process is increasingly difficult to respond to the rapid change of the market.Software market competition entered the white-hot stage,lightweight agile project management methods than traditional waterfall project management method has more advantages,agile software project management method to highlight the people-oriented values,pay attention to team members to fully communication,rather than a dull on documentation,the fast response market incremental iterative development characteristics,Has been more and more enterprises favor.DZ Company is a well-known financial information service provider in China.Since its establishment,it has always been committed to providing financial data products and financial solutions for investors to facilitate their timely,comprehensive and accurate access to financial information services.With the continuous increase of the company’s coverage of business,customer demand shows explosive growth,product RESEARCH and development department is faced with heavy development tasks,related software project management problems have gradually emerged,traditional software research and development efficiency is low,it is difficult to meet the growing market demand changes.The characteristics of agile development method have significant advantages to solve the problems DZ Company is currently facing.How to use Scrum method to help DZ company successfully transform software project into agile project management has become an important and worthy of study.Through consulting and studying a large number of documents such as software development,agile iteration,application of Scrum method and agile project management,a certain theoretical understanding of Scrum agile project management model has been obtained.At the beginning of this paper,the background of DZ Company and the product introduction of YJT software project are introduced.Through the project review meeting minutes and interviews with the team members of YJT project team,the existing software project management problems of YJT project are sorted out and analyzed.According to these problems and combined with the current situation of DZ Company,Scrum agile development method is applied.DZ company summarizes a set of agile software project management optimization scheme that can be implemented from the aspects of YJT software project’s organizational structure,management process,product demand,development process,testing process and product delivery efficiency,and finally analyzes the implementation effect.From the implementation results,software product delivery quality,project progress and project management efficiency have been greatly improved.Practice shows that Scrum agile project management is highly efficient,can quickly respond to market demand,improve product competitiveness.At the same time,the Scrum agile iterative process greatly improves team members’ ability to collaborate.This not only increased the team’s confidence in continuing to optimize agile project management,but also increased the senior management’s determination to extend the agile practices to other software projects in the company.This article has certain reference function for the enterprise which is considering the transformation of software project management from traditional development mode to agile development mode.
