The Design And Implementation Of Software Requirement System For The Waterfall And Agile Project Scrum

With the increasing complexity of IT software development projects, the requirement changes are more and more rapidly, and the requirement of the management, the change of requirement, the realization of the requirement and the need to meet the requirements of the Scrum agile project management system is becoming more and more urgent. The introduction of software requirement management system based on the waterfall and Scrum agile project is to reduce the operational risk, such as the requirement of software development, the lack of requirement and the lack of measurement, and to effectively improve the efficiency of software development.At the same time, the research on the current industry popular waterfall and Scrum agile mode of software development process needs management is very helpful and universal significance.This paper first explains the origin and background of the project and the development status of the domestic and foreign countries, analyzes the requirement management is the key link in the IT software development project management mode, through the software requirements management through the IT development projects in different states and functions to analyze, we need a new requirement management system to change the current unfavorable situation. Then this thesis analyzes the core functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system, and puts forward the key technology to solve the above problems, and then the overall system architecture design, functional design, database design and system implementation of a detailed discussion. The system uses B/S structure, using JAVA language for encoding, 11 G ORACLE database, focusing on design and implementation, including the needs of management module, the need for baseline module, requirement change module, integrated report module four core functional modules. In this thesis, we analyze the requirements of the project, focus on the hybrid requirement management process of, Scrum and agile model, and propose the analysis and design process of the requirement management module, the requirement management module, the requirement change module, the integrated report module.In the end, the paper tests the software requirements management system based on the software requirement management system of Scrum and the software requirement management system, and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the system.
