Research On Optimization Of CZEK Project Management Based On Scrum Model

Software project is the same as ordinary project,it also has time limits,funding limits,and idle personnel allocation limits.Therefore,to implement a software project,the first thing should be managing it well,and a good management system should be applied.In order to improve the management ability of software projects,the waterfall model came into being.It implements the different stages of software transformation requirements,design,development,testing,and production,which reduces the difficulty of project implementation.However,the waterfall model puts too much emphasis on the process,and it is difficult to go back and change some content that was not fully considered in the previous stage of the problem.There are some risks and uncertainties.This paper analyzes the problems faced by G Technology Company in the process of software development projects,and discusses the necessity and applicability of adopting the Scrum model as a standard project management process.Taking the G Technology Company CZEK project as the background,this paper proposes an improvement plan from the traditional development model of waterfall model to the efficient agile Scrum model.The plan is based on agile development,combined with the theoretical frameworks of Scrum demand management,Scrum development management,and Scrum test management.And the project demand management,development management,quality management and evaluation management are took as the breakthrough point.The aims of the improvement plan include to put forward the optimized solution for the CZEK project,to ensure that the implementation of subsequent versions is improved accurately,to maximize the development efficiency of the team,to improve the ability of coping with change,to respond to changes in demand,to improve the quality of project implementation,and enable the project to be completed quickly,flexibly and orderly.For the CZEK project,the optimized improvement plan got optimized results,and formed the application implementation ideas and construction plans of agile software development.It also optimized and reconstructed the software project management process of G Technology Company,offered reference and guidance for other enterprise software project management.
