| On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Stage of Compulsory Education.The policy proposes to reduce the burden of homework and off-campus training,and encourages schools to widely carry out after-school services in schools.Where after-school services cannot meet the special needs of some students such as developing interests and specialties,non-discipline off-campus training institutions may be appropriately introduced to participate in after-school services.Taking the "double reduction" policy as the background,this paper takes Chengdu,one of the pilot cities of the "double reduction" policy,as an example to study the feasibility of campus cooperation of Chengdu Youth Amateur Basketball Club.In this study,the literature method and questionnaire survey method were used to construct a secondary index model of the influencing factors of campus cooperation of youth amateur basketball clubs with the help of expert groups from the perspective of stakeholder theory.Through mathematical statistics and SWOT analysis,the feasibility of campus cooperation of Chengdu Youth Amateur Basketball Club was analyzed from four perspectives: internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There are about 3.6 basketball courts(full court)in primary and secondary schools in Chengdu,and the quality and quantity need to be improved;the average number of basketball special physical education teachers in the school is about 2.33,and there is a certain gap in basketball teacher resources;the average weekly class is2.8 physical education classes and 1.5 basketball lessons,and the type of after-school basketball activities is relatively single;basketball after-school services are generally carried out,but the professionalism is lacking.(2)Most youth amateur basketball clubs in Chengdu have formal qualifications,but some coaches have unlicensed jobs;The age composition of coaches is basically21-25 years old,and the gender ratio is too large;The Chengdu Youth Amateur Club lacks experience in campus cooperation.(3)Based on the perspective of stakeholder theory,the model of influencing factors of campus cooperation of youth amateur basketball clubs constructed in this paper mainly consists of 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators,which provides a reference for the feasibility study of campus cooperation of youth amateur basketball clubs in Chengdu.(4)The influencing factors of campus cooperation of Chengdu Youth Amateur Basketball Club include four levels: policy,primary and secondary schools,clubs,students and parents.Policy levels include: policy implementation and other policy support;The primary and secondary school level includes: material resources,human resources,school-related interests and teacher-related interests;Club level includes: club size and qualifications,number and professionalism of coaches,club interests and consistency of school furniture;The student and parent level includes:students’ sports attitude and parents’ sports awareness.(5)The main problems in campus cooperation of Chengdu Youth Amateur Basketball Club are: low social trust caused by the lack of industry standardization;Although the number of venues is higher than the national average,the quality and quantity need to be improved;excessive homogenization of physical education classes in schools;There is a certain conflict of interest between clubs and physical education teachers;There is a lack of literature research and case studies that can be referenced. |
