Research On The Current Situation And Strategies Of Wuhan Basketball Training Institutions Entering Campus Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students at the Compulsory Education Stage",which clearly requires: improving the level of after-school services in schools to meet the diversified needs of students,including ensuring the time of after-school services,improving the quality of after-school services,and expanding the channels of after-school services,and requires all regions and departments to seriously combine with the actual Implementation.As one of the main forms of after-school services,school sports clubs can be a good way to meet the physical activity needs of elementary school students,to raise the importance of sports for teachers and students at school,and to provide a platform for students to fully participate in sports activities.Since the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,Wuhan City has actively responded to the national call for cooperation between schools and basketball training institutions to jointly develop basketball club classes.As one of the three major sports,basketball is very popular among students in schools.The entry of basketball training institutions into schools can better help schools to improve the service level of after-school basketball club classes and thus improve the overall after-school sports service level.This paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,statistical method and field research method to study the real situation of basketball training institutions on campus in Wuhan City since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,and uses some elementary school physical education team leaders,physical education teachers,basketball training institution coaches,parents and students in Wuchang District and Hongshan District of Wuhan City as the research subjects,The study was conducted with some primary school sports team leaders,physical education teachers,basketball trainers,parents and students.The study was conducted to investigate the current situation of cooperation between schools and basketball training institutions under the "double reduction" policy,to summarize the problems in the process of cooperation and to propose corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for cooperation between schools and basketball training institutions in other areas.The following research conclusions were drawn from the survey:(1)the funding related to the teachers’ strength of basketball training institutions on campus is insufficient,and the venue equipment cannot meet the demand well;(2)The extracurricular sports activities in each elementary school are strongly supported by the government as well as the school,but the support of parents is not high;(3)teachers and students are satisfied with the extracurricular sports activities of basketball,and the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise has improved;(4)the curriculum system is not perfect,and there is no corresponding assessment standard is the main factor that affects the basketball training institutions into the campus.According to the conclusion,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)strictly implement the "double reduction" policy and reasonably plan the overall layout;(2)build a platform for communication between schools and basketball training institutions,so that both sides can understand each other better and reach cooperation;(3)schools play a leading role and actively seek help from government departments and the community to solve(4)basketball training institutions need to improve their own service level,improve the curriculum and assessment of the curriculum to ensure the quality of the curriculum.(5)In the event of a major public health event,schools should strengthen safety management and mobilize teachers and students to respond to the national call.Basketball training institutions cooperate with schools to carry out integrated online and offline teaching.
