The General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee issued the "Double Reduction" policy in 2021,which has had a significant impact on the education industry due to its release and implementation.With the rapid development of the economy,the social pattern has undergone tremendous changes.On the basis of traditional education,the country and people attach great importance to the further development of sports.The core of amateur basketball training for teenagers is to promote the improvement of their physical literacy.At the same time,the level of amateur basketball training institutions will directly affect the future development of the industry.This article aims to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the development status and internal management level of Hangzhou’s youth amateur basketball training institutions under the "double reduction" policy,and conduct data analysis to study the current development status of market training and the influencing factors that affect the efficient development of training work.Based on different influencing factors,corresponding optimization strategies are provided for them,it can help them to develop healthy exercise habits in a good activity environment,laying a good foundation for their subsequent development.Based on this,this article takes Hangzhou Youth Amateur Basketball Training Institutions as the survey object,conducts comprehensive and detailed research through various methods,including literature analysis,questionnaire survey,actual interview,etc.,clarifies the current research status of basketball training at home and abroad,analyzes the content and characteristics of the double reduction policy,understands the concepts related to youth amateur basketball training,and then based on the results of the questionnaire survey Interview content and on-site investigation to understand the current management status of youth amateur basketball training institutions in the Hangzhou city region,and summarize the operation,business management,coach autonomy and coaching,student training,satisfaction,and training motivation of each training institution in the region.Based on their actual situation,analyze the dual reduction policy in depth.Starting from the current development status of youth basketball training in Hangzhou after the "double reduction",this article analyzes the management system and influencing factors of youth basketball training in Hangzhou,and proposes targeted development suggestions.Hangzhou youth amateur basketball training institutions need to seize the opportunity brought by the "double reduction" policy,optimize their development philosophy,strengthen the construction of coaches and the construction of software and hardware facilities in training institutions,attach importance to market segmentation,enrich their service types according to market demand,and at the same time,the government should strengthen the supervision of these training institutions while increasing support,Only in this way can we effectively promote the long-term development of amateur basketball training institutions and meet the requirements of the dual reduction policy for the comprehensive development of young people.The healthy and smooth development of amateur youth basketball training has greatly promoted the improvement of China’s education system and the reform of sports management framework for a long time;Furthermore,the orderly development of amateur youth basketball training can not only strengthen basketball training and promote its industrialization,but also help China’s basketball and sports industries develop rapidly and continuously progress towards a bright direction.
