Research On The Development Strategy Of Guangzhou Youth Amateur Football Club From The Perspective Of "Double Reduction"

With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,a series of "1+N" double reduction policies were introduced with the "double reduction" policy as the general platform.As one of the pilot cities of the national "double reduction" policy,coupled with the increasing popularity of youth football training in recent years,the youth amateur football clubs have received development dividends.Taking Guangzhou Youth amateur Football Club as the research object,this study investigates the core subjects of Guangzhou youth amateur football club managers,training practitioners,parents of students and so on through questionnaire survey,interview,SWOT-AHP analysis and mathematical statistics,first of all,in-depth analysis of its school-running conditions,operating conditions,human resources and students’ parents satisfaction,etc,the advantages and disadvantages of the inner environment of Guangzhou youth amateur football club are analyzed and summarized,secondly,the opportunities and threats brought by external environment under the background of "double reduction" are analyzed and summarized through PEST analysis theory and Porter’s Five Forces analysis theory,Finally,SWOT-AHP analysis is used to make a quantitative analysis of the development of youth amateur football clubs in Guangzhou from the perspective of "double reduction",Furthermore,the SWOT-AHP model is constructed to put forward reasonable development strategy sequence for the development of Guangzhou youth amateur football club.In order to put forward the corresponding development strategies to promote the healthy development of Guangzhou youth amateur football club under the environment of "double reduction".The results and analysis are as follows: 1.Advantages of the inner environment of Guangzhou youth amateur football clubs: advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation;the teaching site resources are sufficient and the available space is large;teachers have strong subjective initiative and strong teaching ability;practitioners tend to be young and energetic.2.Disadvantages of the inner environment of Guangzhou youth amateur football clubs: incomplete service and safety supporting facilities;Low economic benefits and lack of revenue chain resources;Training service behavior is not standard,management system lag;Employees pay low,large mobility.3.External environment opportunities of Guangzhou Youth Amateur Football Clubs under "double reduction" : the status of youth sports training institutions is enhanced,and the development path is clearer;With the improvement of family sports consumption concept,the released funds of family discipline are expected to be transferred to football training;Expanding the scope of business and broadening the path of development;Students have more free time and more time to participate in extracurricular sports.4.External environment threat of Guangzhou Youth amateur football Club under "double reduction" : strict approval requirements and higher entry threshold;Supervision and governance will be strengthened,and management requirements will be more standardized.Teaching and training health standardization,pay attention to high quality education;Industry competition intensifies,survival pressure increases.By constructing the SWOT-AHP model "double reduction",the SWOT weight ranking of Guangzhou Youth amateur Football Club is as follows: Opportunity >Strengths > Threats > Weaknesses,The results are as follows: Firstly,the development strategy of Guangzhou youth amateur football clubs should give priority to the pioneering strategy,that is,the development strategy of combining internal Strengths with external Opportunities(SO)under the "double reduction";Secondly,the sequence of development strategies is: pioneering strategy > resistance strategy > striving strategy > conservative strategy.Finally,it is concluded that the development strategies of Guangzhou youth amateur football club under "double reduction" are as follows: pioneering strategy(SO): rely on the dividend of "double reduction" policy to expand and develop;Accelerate the change of thinking,adapt to policy changes;Develop and optimize the teaching site,compatible with the diversity of courses.Resistance strategy(ST): strengthen internal control construction,improve self-core competitiveness;Linkage of peer resources,innovative ways of collaboration;Optimize the teaching staff and improve the teaching quality.Striving strategy(WO): strengthen supporting governance,improve support function;Standardize training service behavior to improve consumer satisfaction;Promote economic efficiency,improve welfare benefits and reduce mobility;Innovate internal management and build long-term mechanism.Conservative strategy(WT): joint supervision by both the family and the community,implementing refined supervision;Cooperation between the community and the club,the establishment of "double reduction" work coordination mechanism,maintain the order of competition.
