| On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and After-school Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education,in order to reduce the learning burden of students in Compulsory Education and standardize the after-school training of subjects.Physical education,as an important part of non-subjects,is conducive to the healthy physical and mental development of adolescents.Usher in the development dividend period.Basketball in China is popular among the public due to its fitness,fun and entertainment features.From the policy level,the state encourages the development of basketball in more diversified forms,and youth amateur basketball clubs are mushrooming.However,at the same time,a large number of sports training institutions rush into the market in a short time,leading to problems such as uneven teaching quality and market disorder.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on reasonable planning and adjustment to this kind of basketball club to promote long-term development.This study takes the status quo of youth amateur basketball clubs in Guilin as the research object,and investigates the core subjects of youth basketball clubs,managers,parents,students,coaches and so on through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and SWOT analysis,so as to deeply analyze the operation mode of clubs,the status quo of coaches,and the satisfaction of parents and students.SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the internal advantages and disadvantages of Guilin youth amateur basketball club as well as external opportunities and threats,and the corresponding development strategies are put forward by constructing SWOT matrix model related to the research,in order to promote the healthy development of Guilin youth amateur basketball club.The results show that the internal and external factors affecting the development of youth amateur basketball clubs in Guilin under the background of "double reduction" policy are as follows: 1.Internal advantages: conforming to the policy dividend and low market entry threshold;2.The coaches of Guilin amateur basketball club have higher comprehensive quality;Guilin compulsory education stage basketball game popularity rate is high,parents to the amateur basketball club recognition.2.Internal disadvantages: Guilin Youth amateur Basketball Club lacks hematopoietic ability;Club management generally lack of feedback ability,coaches face material and mental pressure.3.External opportunities: Guilin enjoys steady economic development and large potential customer groups;Guilin City youth amateur basketball club into the subdivision era.4.External threat: the government lacks a clear regulatory system for sports off-campus training clubs;A large number of new clubs have flooded the market in a short period of time,with uneven quality.By constructing the SWOT rectangle chart of the development situation of Guilin youth basketball clubs,the author analyzes and puts forward the development strategies: 1.SO growth strategy: conform to the policy dividend and expand the club scale;2.The club actively organizes various basketball events with the local government and social organizations.Improve the club hardware facilities,increase the software construction;Enrich the means of publicity,to create a one-stop high-quality club.2.WO Twisting strategy: do a good job in selecting and hiring club management personnel and improve their comprehensive quality;Establish the same industry exchange platform,maintain market order.3.ST diversified business strategies: develop and improve the teaching system and create characteristic courses;Cooperate with local universities to establish training bases,optimize the team of coaches,and set up grade assessment.4.WT defensive approach: the government should normalize supervision and clarify the responsibilities of all departments;A third party is introduced to conduct scientific evaluation of the club. |
