Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Tianjin Hexi Basketball Club Under The Policy Of "Double Reduction"

As an important part of non-discipline to help the physical and mental health development of teenagers,sports will usher in great development prospects,coupled with the large number of young people participating and the strong desire to improve their technical level,so the off-campus basketball club has become an important place for teenagers to improve their basketball level.Taking the development of basketball club in Hexi District of Tianjin under the "double reduction" policy as the research object,this paper investigates the supply and demand sides of basketball club in Hexi District of Tianjin through questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and PEST analysis,analyzes the current situation of basketball club in Hexi District of Tianjin,discusses the problems and reasons in the development of basketball club,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures on this basis to promote the benign development of basketball club in Hexi District of Tianjin.The results show that due to the impact of the "double reduction" policy,the period of participation in basketball training is mostly weekends or winter and summer vacations.The size of the club is mostly medium-sized,and most of the rental space is used,among which the management and coaches are young;The club mainly publicizes and promotes through the Internet and distributes leaflets;Students and their parents are less satisfied with the teaching environment and training effect provided by the training club.Problems in the development of basketball club in Hexi District of Tianjin:the government department lacks standardized supervision of sports training clubs,lacks a sound communication mechanism between various departments,and has a low industry entry threshold;The qualification level of coaches is low,venue resources are scarce,and rent increases are obvious;The teaching system is not perfect,and the teaching content is single;The club’s publicity means are single,and public participation is not in place;Some parents’ educational philosophy is extremely utilitarian and eager to achieve results.Through investigation,analysis and research,the following development countermeasures are proposed: government departments,as the main body of sports training,should improve the supervision mechanism,standardize the training market,adhere to strict governance,strengthen the coordination and cooperation of government departments,strengthen the horizontal communication mechanism,and implement the main responsibility;As the object of sports training,basketball clubs should have their own internal governance,build a talent team,improve training quality,improve teaching systems,innovate teaching models,and promote the construction of a socialized supervision system to ensure the governance effect of youth sports training clubs.
