| Under the background of the double reduction policy,the project of social basketball training institutions sending courses to campus has entered people’s vision due to the continuous decline of youth physique,the increase in the number of physical education classes in primary schools,the optimization of after-school services,the strengthening of school sports work and the development of campus basketball,which has become an important part of optimizing after-school services in the implementation of the "double reduction" work.The entry of basketball training institutions into the campus can supplement the shortage of teachers,meet the individual needs of students,and enrich the school’s sports activities.However,since it has just started,there remain many problems such as insufficient supervision and evaluation,incomplete curriculum system,and imperfect teaching staff.This study expounds the research related to the development of school sports,basketball training institutions,campus basketball and social sports forces entering the campus under the background of the double reduction policy by using the literature method.Through expert interviews and questionnaires,this paper investigates the background,implementation,performance results and supervision evaluation of some primary school basketball training institutions in Baoshan District,Shanghai,and mainly analyzes the reasons and approaches for basketball training institutions to enter the campus,by dividing it into staffing,curriculum system construction,training and competition,campus basketball culture construction,supervision and evaluation system and curriculum implementation feedback.In order to find out the problems and related influencing factors in the process of basketball training institutions entering the campus,calculate and sort out the factor weights,the statistical methods are used,including descriptive statistics,cross analysis,multiple response analysis and factor analysis.Finally,it expounds the development ideas of youth basketball training institutions entering the campus under the background of the double reduction policy.The research survey found that the "double reduction" policy has good opportunities,the increase in the number of physical education courses and the shortage of school teachers are the main reasons for entering the school,and the approaches to enter the school is mainly through government purchases and private purchases.Every school faces a lack of field facilities and a weak basketball culture on campus.The coaches in the team are young whose highest education background is mainly bachelor.Although their skills and professionalism are relatively high,54%of the coaches do not have a physical education teacher qualification certificate,and their professional quality also needs to be improved.The coaches have a short overall working experience and a large number of part-timers.The type of basketball courses carried out in the campus project is relatively simple,most schools are limited to school team training,the coverage rate of students in the course is low,and there is a lack of structured teaching plans.The training of each school team is actively carried out,but the echelon system is rarely adopted leading to fewer opportunities for students to participate in basketball competitions.The main reason that hinders students from participating in basketball is the lack of time,followed by the lack of sports venue.Students and schools are more satisfied with the on-campus courses,and the quality and ability of students have improved in all aspects.At present,the supervision system for social sports training institutions to send courses to campus projects is not mature,and there is a lack of standardized evaluation systems and incentive policies.Policy and institutional factors,school factors,student factors and coach factors are the four main factors that affect the quality of basketball training institutions entering campus programs.It is calculated that the top 5 influencing factors of the weight value are: sports policy support> students’ basketball learning needs> sending courses to the campus service supervision mechanism> basketball curriculum system perfection> school basketball competition environment.In view of the existing problems in implementation and the five main factors that affect its development,this paper puts forward several ideas for development: standardize the supervision and evaluation before and after entering the campus,innovate and optimize the construction of the campus curriculum system,improve the campus basketball competition,and focus on improving the teaching staff who enter the campus.,attach importance to the construction of basketball court equipment and campus basketball culture. |
