Research On The Development Of Wuhan Youth Amateur Basketball Club Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Professional Burden and off-campus Training Burden of students in the compulsory Education Stage,which clearly requires reducing the heavy homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in the compulsory education stage,standardizing disciplinary training institutions to improve after-school service level.Promote all-round development and healthy growth of students.As a non-disciplinary institution,the youth amateur basketball club welcomes new development opportunities.Under the new policy background,amateur basketball training should make reasonable use of policy advantages to promote its own development.This paper takes Wuhan youth amateur basketball Club as the research object,mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and PEST analysis and other research methods to study the development of Wuhan youth amateur basketball c.The results are as follows:1.After the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,the number of clubs increased by 88.33%,the frequency of participation increased by 57.45%,25% of clubs participated in after-school services,and the club management became more standardized,which brought broad prospects for the development of Wuhan youth amateur clubs.At the same time,66.67% clubs find it difficult to rent venues and lack of professional quality of coaches,which is a new challenge for clubs.2.Under the background of "double reduction",41.67% club training points increased and mainly distributed in Hongshan district;Managers do not pay enough attention to and understand the "double reduction" policy;The lack of professional quality and training of coaches;The students are mainly male and aged from 9 to 11 years old.96.89% of parents support their children to join the club for physical exercise,78.26%choose the club based on the qualification of coaches.3.In the policy environment,in order to implement the "double reduction" policy,the "5+2" after-school service mode has been implemented successively in primary schools in Wuhan district,bringing new opportunities for the development of Wuhan youth amateur basketball clubs;In the economic environment,the government’s investment in the sports industry continues to increase,and the per capita consumption expenditure of residents continues to grow,which brings great development power for the development of youth amateur basketball clubs.4.In the social environment,Wuhan has a large population base,rich sports talent resources and good basketball atmosphere.Wuhan youth amateur basketball clubs have huge development potential;The application of science and technology in the sports industry is more and more extensive,which brings great improvement to the teaching technology innovation,the internal management of the club,the venue facilities and the recruitment publicity.5.Under the background of "double reduction",Wuhan Youth amateur Basketball Club needs to make full use of the relevant advantages of political,economic,social and technological environment,grasp the new opportunities under "double reduction",increase talent introduction through school-enterprise cooperation,organize regular training of coaches and managers to improve the club’s competitiveness,and actively participate in after-school services in primary and secondary schools.
