Research On Burn-in Test Quality Improvement Of K Company Based On Lean Management

The application scope of lean management is very wide,especially in the production field.The rational application of lean can improve work efficiency,improve product quality and improve customer satisfaction.This thesis studies the burn-in test quality problems of K company,finds the root causes through scientific analysis,and puts forward corresponding solutions based on lean management,which reduces quality problems and improves customer satisfaction.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance,and introduces the lean thinking and other relevant knowledge used in this thesis,which provides a theoretical basis for this thesis.Secondly,the thesis introduces the situation of K company,summarizes the burn-in test quality problems,and studies the main quality problems.By using fishbone diagram and causal matrix to analyze the problems,found that the causes of quality problems are: problems of burn-in board,visual measurement machine,automatic loading and unloading machine and burn-in oven,high WIP inventory and operator operation problems.Thirdly,combined with the lean management and K company,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward for the equipment problems,WIP inventory problems and operator problems affecting the burn-in test quality.Based on total production maintenance,the problems existing in burn-in board,visual measurement machine,automatic loading and unloading machine and burn-in oven are improved;Through the implementation of pull production,the inventory of WIP is reduced;Error proofing mechanism is added to avoid quality problems caused by operators.Through the implementation of the measures,the quality problems are reduced and the customer satisfaction is improved.Finally,in order to implement these improvement measures smoothly,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to achieve the improvement effect.The improvement measures proposed in this thesis will help K company reduce production quality problems and improve customer satisfaction.At the same time,the comprehensive deepening of lean thinking will also help to improve the work efficiency of the company and reduce the operation cost of the enterprise.
