In today's market,product change and fierce competition put forward higher requirements for enterprises in terms of time,efficiency and service.If manufacturing enterprises want to maintain sustainable development,they should not only introduce more advanced technology,but also learn from mature management methods,so as to actively respond to the changing needs of the market and be based on fierce competition.Although China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable progress,especially in the field of technological innovation,many excellent enterprises such as Huawei and Dajiang have emerged.Generally speaking,compared with foreign technology,China's current production technology is still quite different.Manufacturing industry is large but not strong,and innovation links are weak.Moreover,compared with the advanced manufacturing technology abroad,the management level of China's manufacturing industry is no less backward than the technological level.Technology and management drive can improve the overall development level of manufacturing industry.Therefore,how to improve the management level is a problem that every manufacturing practitioner must face.G Company is a multi-professional and comprehensive enterprise which realizes independent research and development and original innovation in the field of core electronic components in China.At present,the manufacturing technology of T/R components in G company is in the leading level in the whole country.However,there are still some problems such as reciprocating production process,imperfect matching between layout and production process,waste in production process and so on.There is still room for improvement of its management level.Based on the above background and current situation,this paper chooses the production process of modular products of G Company as the research object,and carries out a detailed analysis of its production process.By applying Lean Production,Constraint Theory,Pareto Optimum Theory and Value Flow Map as the theory and method,it analyses the current problems existing in the production process of modular products in G Company,mainly includes interference between the mixing process in research and production,unfinished products stacked in the production site,and even discontinuous and imbalance of production process,and the low efficiency of equipment.The results work out the optimization scheme of production process,from separation of the production process,improvement of exchange production,integration process to pulling production.It also draws the future value flow chart,and clears the overall implementation direction of optimization scheme.After optimizing the production of G company's module products,the number of products has been significantly reduced,the comprehensive efficiency of equipment has been improved,the value-added efficiency of production process has been improved,and the Lean culture has been well advertised and publicized.This paper is another extension of the research on the optimization of production process in the electronic components industry.And it becomes a supplement to the research literature in this field.The successful implementation of G Company provides the reference for design and optimization of production process in the similar enterprises.
