With the development of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition,the challenges faced by Chinese enterprises are also very severe.In order to obtain more long-term development,enterprises are constantly learning advanced management techniques and production methods.As an advanced and successful management mode,lean production naturally becomes the best choice for enterprises.As a new management idea,on-site management based on lean production can effectively improve the production site,eliminate waste,reduce production costs,ensure product quality,and improve the production efficiency of enterprises.This dissertation takes the dip coating production line of the resistance workshop of D company as the research object,and focuses on the problems existing in the management of its production site and the countermeasures for its improvement.Firstly,this dissertation expounds the background and significance of this research,as well as the research situation of lean production and production site management at home and abroad.Through the study of lean production theory and related theories and knowledge of production site management,the theoretical foundation for the research of this dissertation is laid.Secondly,the standard process and process rhythm of the dipping production line in the resistance workshop of D company were quantitatively analyzed by the stopwatch time measurement method,and the problems existing in the improvement of the production site were qualitatively analyzed according to the fish bone diagram.Two-hand operation,optimized layout,6S management,etc.have been improved.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the achievement of improvement goals,such as continuous improvement of corporate culture,incentive policies,and the cultivation of lean talents.Through the comparison of the improvement results,it is found that the balance rate and production layout of the dip coating production line in the resistance workshop of D company have been significantly improved,which has effectively improved the efficiency of the production line and the enthusiasm of the operators.
