The Implementation Of ERP Environment Reengineering And System Design Based On Lean Production

As the market competition is becoming more important, Manufactures developed higher quality products or services to win the competition. Facing the large pressure, the enterprises have to take better management measures to try to deal with the economic globalization. As the leading software of enterprise information, the ERP software has become a tool of enhancing the level of enterprise management and strengthening the competing force.Firstly the paper introduces detailedly ERP's development and principle, and elaborates the lean production's origin and the basic thinking. Through analyzing and comparing, the paper points out the shortages and disadvantages of ERP in the process of the national enterprises implementation. Based on the thinking of business process reengineering, the paper proposes the concept of "environment reengineering". According to current situation that ERP is being used widely, the paper proposes the idea that lean production reengineers environment of ERP. The content is expressed as:(1) Analyzing and improving the specific inputs of ERP by the KAIZAN thinking;(2) Changing the supply chain mode from "push" to "pull";(3) Improving the accuracy of BOM by the participation of company staff;(4) Reengineering the technics route by KANBAN and improving the accuracy rate by the participation of company staff;(5) Reengineering the process of procurement and sell and managing customer's demandby procurement manager.Then as an example of the system design of inventory management in ERP, this paper introduces detailedly the application of lean production thinking. Added the functional module of customer management and the produce-sale link in the software system, enterprise can make to order and extend availably to the industry with the wavy demand. Further combining inventory with production and sell, this system improves the efficiency and benefit of the enterprise. Finally, details, about the software system structure, the building of database, the design of Client and the software implement, are given. Compared with the existing ERP system which contains the lean production thinking, it proves the feasibility and advancement.
