In the process of products assembly, under the condition of meeting the process priority, how to allocate distribution of each station on the operation process reasonably, reducing the idle time on each station, reducing operation cost, improving production efficiency, optimizing the assembly line production and realizing the load balance for each station on the assembly line are the key to the study of assembly line balancing problem. Mobile phone assembly line balancing problem is the core issue mobile phone manufacturing industry faced. To reduce mobile phones manufacturing costs, improve production efficiency and realize the mobile phone manufacturing lean production, it must use lean production to improve mobile phone assembly line. This article investigates the standard time of operation, the production of mobile phone assembly line, distribution process, balance production line, the load balance.First of all, this paper uses the joint operation process analysis, human-computer analysis, hands motion study and standard time study methods to analyze and improve the operation process and operation time of mobile phone assembly line, eventually merging and simplifying the operation process, reducing the idle time of operation, reducing the production cost, realizing the standardization operation, improving the efficiency of the mobile phone assembly line production.Secondly, to the job location optimization problem of mobile phone assembly line production rhythm, this paper establishes the model under the constrain such as mobile phone assembly line process operation time, process operation precedence relationship, job location number as a linear programming model. In LINGO environment, this paper realizes the coding of the model and optimizes the mobile phone assembly line production rhythm.Finally, to mobile station load on an assembly line balancing problem, this paper uses the process of cross iteration and interchange production theory and establishes a station load balance the genetic optimization algorithm as the optimization goal. In the MATLAB environment, this paper realizes the encoding of genetic algorithm and the operational process of mobile phone assembly line work station in reasonable allocation and adjustment, and eventually improves the rate of mobile phone assembly line of load balance for each station.
