Research On Core Competence Evalution And Promotion Strategy Of M Information Technology Company

In recent years,with the development of information technology,China’s demand for chip products is increasingly strong.The localization rate of chips in many domestic fields is low,and the proportion of imported chips is over 90%.In 2018,the Ministry of Science and Technology listed the semiconductor laser industry as a national key strategic industry.Chip r&d and manufacturing enterprises are typical science and technology enterprises,and their survival and development status is the epitome of Chinese science and technology enterprises.The study of enterprise core competence is conducive to the exploration of enterprise potential,and the construction and application of enterprise core competence evaluation system is conducive to enterprise cognition and promotion of enterprise core competence.M Company,founded in 2002,provides intelligent man-machine exchange technology,capacitive screen touch chip and fingerprint recognition chip for artificial intelligence enterprises as its main business.In this paper,the core competence of M company is studied.After a comprehensive introduction of the basic situation of M Company,through analysis,M company has seven resources and seven capabilities,of which five can constitute the core competence of M Company.Based on the existing research results,this paper selects appropriate indicators and constructs the evaluation system of core competence.The weight of each evaluation index was calculated by using sequential scoring method.Through the expert group to score M company’s core competence item by item,the comprehensive score of each competence was obtained.As can be seen from the evaluation results of M Company’s core competence,the evaluation score of M Company’s core competence is 57.1,"average"grade,indicating that the company lacks strong core competence.Company M scored "high"in technical competence and environmental resilience.In terms of technical ability,R&D ability index weighting of the largest,0.4,in terms of environmental adaptability,forward-looking correctness of decision-making and management implement change two indicators of weight,the largest are 0.4,shows that M company should give full play to the prominent advantages of these two aspects,so as to expand the advantage of M company’s core competence;M company’s environmental ability and management ability are "average"level;Marketing ability in terms of environmental indicators of weight,the largest is 0.6,in the management of human resource management in terms of skills and interface management capacity of weights are two largest,are 0.3,shows that M company should fully tap the two problems,and through targeted measures to effectively improve the ability of both,So as to enhance the core capabilities of M Company;Finally,this paper puts forward M company’s core capability improvement strategy and implementation measures,including highlighting technology strategy,carrying out research and development team construction,to enhance the enterprise’s technological innovation ability;Make scale expansion plan,carry out financing work,comprehensively improve the financial strength of the enterprise;Pay attention to brand building,improve the ability to adapt to the environment;Diversified development,improve management ability.The research of this paper is helpful for M company to optimize the allocation of resources,so that the company can obtain more powerful and lasting core capabilities and competitive advantages,and better grow and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition.The research of this paper also has certain reference function for similar technology companies.
