With the development of information technology and application in various fields, andthe attitude of countries on the telecommunication industry to encourage competition, radioand television network industry is facing great opportunities and challenges. On the onehand, with a stable market scale and safe living environment, the radio and televisionindustry has been regarded as the party and the state propaganda that is important oneannulus under protection policy and support; on the other hand, with the national "tripleplay" policy to promotion, radio and television network operators deeply change selfdemand that was greatly excited out.Taking Jiangsu Province Radio and TV information Network Inc Suzhou branch(without special needs, refer to as Suzhou cable branch) as a case, we analysis the internaland external environment, and comparative studies with the telecom operators corecompetitiveness, in order to find out the main factors which influence the core competence,there is not only a positive theoretical significance for the understanding and evaluation ofthe phase transition in Suzhou cable branch, more to further identifying radio and televisionnetwork industry in a market economy the function orientation and development way, butalso has profound significance and practical significance.This paper first summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign academicparty the core competitiveness of enterprises, and on this basis, combined with theparticularity of Suzhou cable branch of its own and external and internal environmentanalysis, and telecom operators in the cyber source, user market, revenue structure of brandintegration, customer service and other aspects of the comparative study. At the same time,based on the enterprise life cycle theory, the development of the stage of the Suzhou cablebranch companies and telecom operators, diagnostic analysis and critical success of the twofactors and the core competitiveness, development strategy and management strategy thatSuzhou cable branch company’s competitive advantage and core competitiveness, asprovide realistic theoretical basis and practical significance of radio and TV networkindustry to enhance its core competitiveness.
