The rapid development of Internet, mobile Internet and other new media, seriousimpact on the traditional media, the newspaper industry slowdown; national cultureRevitalization Strategy and non-Current Affairs Newspaper publishing units intoenterprises to start, and to give the media industry brings opportunity to speed up thedevelopment of. Q newspaper real ability and the strength of the weak, lack ofcompetitiveness, there is an urgent need to find the path and method of relief anddevelopment as soon as possible, in order to meet the cultural prosperity andopportunity.Core competitiveness theory and analysis perspective, collected through extensiveliterature reading and data, comprehensive use of comparative analysis method,analytic hierarchy process, set a index system of analysis and evaluation, trainingassessment form, competitiveness, competitiveness and core competitiveness analysisof Q newspaper competition, in order to find the development path to Q. On the Qnewspaper the core competitiveness of the main research contents and conclusions areas follows:Firstly, according to the Q newspaper between the present situation and prospect,present situation and the average level of industry and leading enterprises in China,the necessity and significance of the core competence of the Q. From the basicsituation of the newspaper, Q internal management, publishing, management,influence five aspects, a comprehensive analysis of the status of Q newspaper; and bycomparison with the industry average level compared with five typical financialnewspaper reflect the full range, Q newspaper competition situation, and reveals thekey factors in the formation of the Finance and economics newspaper competition.Analysis of both internal status of Q newspaper, also analyzed the financialnewspaper industry competition environment.Secondly, in the recognition of core resources and core competence in the Qnewspaper, the use of expert questionnaire and VRIN identification method; in orderto identify the competitiveness evaluation and core competitiveness, AHP and radarmap method of comparative analysis; a new index system analysis. Analysis resultsshow that, although the Q newspaper has the core resources and core competence, butbecause the overall capacity is not sufficient to deal with the fierce competition in the industry, do not have the competitive advantage, has not formed the corecompetitiveness.
