Electronic information companies are in the ever-changing economic and social environment,the upgrading of information technology,companies must be able to improve their own competitiveness if they want to survive in the competition.The synergy between industry,universities,and research institutes provides the knowledge and information resources and collaborative environment for enterprise knowledge innovation and technological innovation.Through the organizational learning and integration process,it transforms itself into a competitive advantage.At present,the research on the collaborative innovation of industry,universities,and research institutes,and the core competitiveness of electronic information companies is mostly limited to their respective theoretical studies.However,the research on the core competitiveness of electronic information companies from the perspective of the synergy between industry,universities,and research institutes is still relatively small.Most of the literature on collaborative innovation between electronic information companies and industry,universities,and research institutes focuses on the formation mechanism and operational mechanism,and has not yet formed a method and index system to evaluate the core competitiveness of electronic information companies from the perspective of the synergy between industry,universities,and research institutes.Some forms of production,research,and research projects are larger than the content and the actual results are not significant.Based on the above issues,this paper takes China's electronic information companies as the research object.Summarizing and combing theories related to production,study and research collaboration,organizational learning and core competence,and analyzing the core competitiveness of electronic information companies and the collaborative innovation of industry,universities,and research institutes based on the characteristics of the electronic information industry and the actual situation,and in-depth discussion on the collaborative innovation of industry,universities and research institutes on core competitiveness.Influencing factors,making research hypotheses,establishing a core competitiveness index system model of electronic information companies from the perspective of cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes,investigating and collecting sample data of electronic information companies,using AMOS software to analyze,test and revise the index system,removing irrational indicators,and establishing Relatively perfect indicator system.Introduce the theory of support vector machines,use MATLAB software to establish the evaluation model of core competitiveness of electronic information companies,identify the merits and demerits of the core competitiveness of electronic information enterprises in China through evaluation test examples of training and testing,analyze the evaluation results based on examples,and propose enhancements from multiple perspectives.The Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Core Competence of Electronic Information Enterprises.
