Research On The Construction Of Core Competence Of Librarians

With the development of high technology,information delivery tools and their delivery methods are gradually diversified.Due to its powerful interconnection and integration capabilities,the number of information services organizations similar to libraries has gradually increased,and the number of competitors has gradually increased in this field.In the transition from digitization to intelligence,libraries can develop better and faster by providing information products and services that are more satisfying than other organizations.Nowadays,many libraries implement a number of outsourcing business,such as:classification,catalog and so on.These business outsourcing eases the basic business workload of librarians.With the application of computers and Internet technologies in library,more and more service is provided by library.Therefore,both the management technology and the service technology put forward higher requirements on the degree of university librarians' ability.The core competence of the library is that provide faster and better information services than other information services.At present,it is extremely urgent to improve the core competitiveness of the library.Librarians play an important role in improving the core competitiveness of the library.The research on the construction of its core competence system will help to improve the quantitative standards of librarians and future library practitioners.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction which is including the concept explanation,research ideas,innovation points and research purposes involved in this article.The second part is the research process which is including the construction principles and research process design of the core competency index system of university librarians.The third part is research result which is including The basic situation of the questionnaire survey experts and the results of expert consultation.In this part,I will revise and improve the indicator system according to expert advice.The fourth part is the suggestions and countermeasures.The fifth part is the summary.Combined with this practical research,summarizes the main research work and results and looks forward to the follow-up work.
