| With the rapid development of Internet technology,more and more enterprises begin to use office automation software.Traditional offline all office files transferred to the online system,electronic document number and therefore presents a trend of exponential growth,considering the electronic documents produced by today’s enterprise growing,coupled with the current state of electronic file management demands,this thesis designs a component based enterprise electronic filing system,implement enterprise data archiving and efficient,Avoid the traditional paper complex management mode.The main contents of this thesis includes:(1)Firstly,component extraction and requirement analysis are carried out for the electronic file filing system.Component extraction mainly extracts field type components and form components.In the requirement analysis,we mainly use UML language to build the system use case model,system sequence diagram and so on to model the enterprise electronic file system user requirements.In terms of non-functional requirements,we put forward requirements for system security and performance.(2)The electronic filing system is designed.We adopt the component-type architecture idea to design the electronic filing system as a whole.We design the database of enterprise electronic filing system,as well as the class diagram and timing diagram of the main modules.(3)The system is implemented and tested.Firstly,the system development framework is given,and then combined with the design scheme of the electronic file filing system,the realization of the system’s file collection,file management,system setting and file utilization module is described.Finally,the functional and non-functional testing of the electronic file filing system is carried out,and the test conclusion is given.The system supports enterprise users to search and borrow online,and adopts the component development architecture to facilitate later business development and cope with possible business evolution in the future. |
