In the currentsituation，for local colleges and universities, guarantee the security of electronicdocumentary archives information effectively and economically, in consideration ofour national condition, their own school condition and characteristic of electronicdocumentary archives, is an important thesis to research and solve.Take Shaoxing University for instance, the value of school electronic documentaryarchives is continuously increasing with the development of this university. As schoolexecutive decisions became more and more democratically and scientifically, the valueis getting higher and higher. Therefore, the security of electronic documentary archivesis an important factor that affects the quality and efficiency of current administrativeacts. Electronic documentary archives is the result of history accumulation, therefore,to guarantee the security of electronic documentary archives is the first rate ofimportance to maintain history truth. The security guarantee of electronic documentaryarchives is fatal bottom line of archives informationization, otherwise, archivesinformationization would turn into a deadly beat to archives mission. Based on theconsideration above, the writer takes the Shaoxing University as the study object. According the model, thesecurity problems of electronic documentary archives in Shaoxing University areproposed through following aspects: technology level, management level and ruleslevel.The forth section is about corresponding countermeasures of electronicdocumentary archives security in the university. Aimed at problems above,corresponding specific countermeasures are proposed from following correspondingaspects: technology level, management level and rules level.Besides, the main ideas that the writer also holds includes:1.
