| With the deeply development of archives information, Digital archives resources are more and more rich in the Archives. The construction of digital archives resources are attracting more attention. Official Archives and the General Archives are the main file institutions in the Digitized Era. Both of them are make every efforts to explore the construction of digital archives resources. Archives management mode and management technology are the main means of resources construction, that need to make changes and innovations according to the electronic file properly. The mode of the digital archives changing from the Double-Sets Archive System in Official Archives to General Archives’ hand over and filing work. Science and technology are driving force that promote the digital archives resources in the management of technical innovations. The author divided the paper into two phases, including the early stage and the concentrated exploration stage.There are four parts in the paper. The first part mainly about introducing the concept of digital archives resources, category and research status. The second part discusses the construction of digital archives resources in the early stage. The third part expounds the focus on the construction of digital archive resources in the concentrated exploration stage, that detailed discussion of e-document centre’s and digital archives establishment. The fourth part depict the development prospect of digital archives resources in China. Among the paper the second and third part are the main content of the article. |
