Research On Quality Management Of Software Testing Project In Testing Department Of Y Center

When internet technology develops rapidly,the application of software has penetrated into various fields of society.The Y center has followed the pace of the times,the scale of application projects has been continuously expanded,as the same time the system's R&D level has been further and continuously improved,resulting in more and more complex systems.How to complete the delivery of high quality products has become the focus of various departments of the Y center.Y center testing department as the product quality control department for software product testing quality management takes an important responsibility.However,in the actual project testing process,the application of traditional test processes and management methods requires a lot of human and material resources,and there are many test blind spots,high cost of repairing defects,poor applicability of metrics,poor flexibility of version control,long cycle,poor real-time.The quality of product delivery is affected by these performance.Therefore,it has become a challenging task to develop a quality management method suitable for the Y center software test project.Firstly,from the introduction of software testing and quality management,this paper introduces the definition of software testing,software testing model,the design method of software testing cases,the definition of total quality management,quality development process,etc..Secondly,it introduces project composition,test process specification,the characteristics of the Y center project and the status quo of the basic quality of the project.At present,in the actual test running of the project,there are factors that affect the quality of testing,such as lack of software business knowledge,unclear test case design ideas,and poor awareness of developer version management.Through the interview method to find out the many factors of test quality,according to the 5M1 E method for classification and summary,there are testers management class,test method management class,test environment management class,test measurement management class.However,these influencing factors are still relatively scattered,so the key influencing factors are evaluated by using questionnaire method,objective statistical analysis,expert analysis method and hierarchical analysis method.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the project and the PDCA(Plan Do Check Action)quality management method to explore the key factors of improvement.Application of the improvement scheme and verification of the practical effect in the actual project testing process.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the future testing work is looked forward.Based on actual case project analysis,this paper combines related test theory,quality management methods and many years of testing experience,and forms a software test project quality management method.This method is a targeted solution to the actual problems of the Y center project.It plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of the Y center test Department's project testing.At the same time,it provides new ideas for testing new projects in the future.
