Research On Optimization Of EX Bank Software Testing Quality Management

With the rapid development of information technology as well as the increasing improvement in software technology,banks are booming in fin-tech.In the early 2019,EX bank decided to vigorously promote the special work of IT blueprint,the online implementation of which includes such aspects as software testing,infrastructure planning and the construction and transformation of computer room.Among these aspects,the system integration testing of software(SIT)and user acceptance testing(UAT)are the key for the quality of the outsourcing and development as well as the key to the success of more than 180 information systems included in the EX Bank IT Blueprint project to take over the business and provide services to customers.This thesis intends to analyze the existing problems and defects of the testing quality management of EX bank software from the point of quality management,and divides the quality management into planning,execution,inspection and treatment stage by using PDCA cycle quality management method.In quality management activities,quality management related work shall be carried out in strict accordance with the four stages,and the problems solved shall be standardized and those unsolved will be left to the next PDCA cycle for further solution.This cycle goes on and on until all problems are resolved and the quality of the software tested meets the expected standards,ensuring the overall quality of the software delivered.Problems concerning EX bank's current software test quality management include incomplete test case coverage,unprofessional test organization and management,and testers' wrong understanding of the test work.Through the analysis of the problems above,this thesis obtains the main factors affecting them,and combines PDCA cycle quality management method to improve and optimize these main factors,thus obtaining a set of software test quality management method suitable for the current situation of EX Bank.This thesis also explores and establishes a set of quality evaluation model to provide reference for EX bank outsourcing project software testing quality management,which is of practical significance for EX bank outsourcing project quality improvement.
