| With the strong support of the state for the financial industry,the securities trading market has continued to be active,financial innovation has continued,and new financial varieties have emerged one after another.The existing securities trading system can no longer meet the needs of the rapid development of the financial market.It is necessary to develop a new system based on new technology and new architecture.On the other hand,compared with the traditional IT system,the securities trading system has the characteristics of high real-time requirements,complex transaction rules and frequent changes in business varieties.It faces many uncertain factors in the system development project.Especially in the past decade,most domestic securities trading systems have not been updated and lack of risk management methods and experience of similar projects.The research on risk management of securities trading system development projects not only adds new discoveries to the risk management of securities trading system under the new technology system,but also provides reference for effective risk control of securities technology peers.Based on the theory of project risk management and combined with the characteristics of the financial and securities industry,this paper first summarizes the challenges and uncertainties brought by the adoption of new technology and new architecture in the development project of securities trading system,as well as the difficulties of project risk management and control caused by the frequent changes of business renewal in the securities market,the wide connection between the trading system and surrounding systems,and the high requirements of professional knowledge threshold.Then,the brainstorming method is used to identify risks,classify and grade them,and the fuzzy AHP method is used to analyze and evaluate the risks quantitatively.Finally,different risk response measures are formulated according to the types,impact and occurrence possibility of risk factors,and active and timely risk monitoring is carried out in the process of project implementation to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of the project.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the development project of securities trading system has 8 types of first-class risks and 35 second-class risk factors:internal cooperation risk,schedule lag risk,demand change risk,quality defect risk,system switching risk,localization compatibility risk,external cooperation risk and test risk;(2)Using fuzzy AHP method to quantitatively evaluate the risk level,it is found that three first-class risk factors,namely quality defect risk,system switching risk and localization compatibility risk,are the key factors leading to the high risk of the project;(3)For the identified high risks,countermeasures such as prevention,mitigation,development and sharing and corresponding monitoring measures are formulated to reduce the potential negative impact on the implementation of the project.This paper expands the whole process management ideas of risk identification,quantitative analysis and response of financial technology projects.The analysis conclusions are helpful to avoid the failure risk of securities trading system development projects,and have guiding significance for improving the risk management level of similar projects. |
