Research On The Risk Management In The Project Of Digital Communication Room

With the national information strategy and the concept of Internet plus,the computer room is developing very fast as the core facilities of the communication network and the Internet.But the design and operation of digital communication machine room is a complex project involving many fields.If we can control the various aspects of the project reasonablely by the advanced project risk management model,A lot of risks in the project can be avoided effectively.So it's very meaningful to introduce risk management in the project.The goal of this article is to try to integrate management of risk in a specific computer room project in the whole process of the whole life.Then we can get an optimization of the system.And it also provides reference value for the following projects.In this paper,the concept of risk management of the whole life project is introduced.We use the method of questionnaire based on risk three-dimensional structure model of the digital communication room to identify the potential risk in a real project.Risk factors and key risk variables are identified by factor analysis after a detailed list and screening.It helps us to establish the risk structure of digital communication equipment room.Then,we use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to quantify the identified risk factors and use fuzzy sets to describe the risk size of a project and use the concept of fuzzy reasoning and membership degree to sort the risk factors of the project.The overall risk of the project will be calculated,so as to establish a digital communication engine room project risk management framework.Finally,the article shows the attribute of all kinds of risk by the risk multidimensional characteristic diagram.It can help the decision maker to consider the different attributes of the risk from many aspects,and then help the project managers to choose the appropriate risk response strategy.
