Risk Management Methods Research And Application On Communication Test Project

As an essential part of software development project, testing process actual occupy more than half of the whole product development period, good or bad testing results will ultimately decide the quality of the products. Nevertheless, in the real concept of project management, the importance of the test is far lower than the development work, resulting in the lack of the test project risk management, the result will increase the risk of failure of the entire project. Based on this paper will combine the existing risk management theory, and compounded with the complexity and uncertainty of test project characteristic, the test project risk management in-depth study.Communications products, As an important part in the field of IT, have obtained a great deal of development even since, but due to its complexity in its own development, and required a long product cycle makes IT block the size of the growing demand, therefore how to shorten the development period of Communications products has become a problem to be solved. Through the research of risk management in Communication test project is an effective way to deal with this problem.First, the paper first elaborates the research background, through the analysis of the related research results at home and abroad, put forward by this paper to solve the main problems, as well as the importance and necessity of its research.In the second place, from the basic principles of risk, the risk of the basic theory and the related concepts of risk management are introduced in brief. This paper introduces four kinds of risk management process; risk management of the classical model and further has carried on the detailed analysis to the characteristics of each model.Third, according to the characteristics of the communication class test project, after the communication class test in the project risk effective management and research, finally puts forward a set of test method of project risk management. Specific methods include using the fault tree method to test project risk identification, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for testing all kinds of risk factors in the project risk management to make an overall evaluation of risk. According to the result of evaluation of risk factors for primary and secondary to targeted control method, which guarantee the smooth completion of the test project.Fourth, the author will study the whole set of risk management method is applied to the daily work, in order to realize the company (communication equipment supplier) testing department of the needs of the project risk management, through repeated practice has proved that the above listed test method of project risk management of communications in both to ensure the success rate of the completion of the project, and shorten the product development cycle has played a large improvement.Finally, this research summarized and prospected, and pointed out the content of this thesis application field and developing direction.
