In recent years,the number of investors in the securities market has continued to increase.At the same time,with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,mobile securities trading software has become increasingly important in the securities industry.Mobile trading software,such as Huatai Securities Zhangle Caifutong application,GuotaiJunan Securities Junhong application and other mobile trading software are gradually become the company’s mobile Internet traffic portal.However,due to various internal and external factors in the industry,mobile securities trading software development projects still have certain risk issues in terms of project requirements,development progress,human resources,software stability and security.Based on this Taking mobile securities trading software as the research object,it is very necessary to study the common risks and individual risks in software development projects.This article takes the T Securities Company’s mobile securities trading software development project as a research example,mainly from the scope of the project,progress,human resources,security and other aspects of the research,followed by risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,risk decision-making on the project.Firstly,the project risk list is obtained by brainstorming method.Combined with the ten knowledge areas of project management,summarize and classify it into demand risk,human resource risk,technical risk,management risk,security risk and social environmental risk;Secondly,use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to evaluate the project risk,get the weight value of the risk factor and the ranking list,divide the risk factors into high risk,medium-high risk,medium risk,medium-low risk and low risk,and finally get the project risk rating table;F inally,different countermeasures are proposed for risks at all levels,and risks are reported in time to make risk decisions.The above measures are used to eliminate,reduce or transfer project risks.This article analyzes the related issues of project risk management by taking the securities industry mobile securities trading software project as an example,and accumulates certain experience for the related theoretical research of software development project risk management,and at the same time provides reference and reference for similar software projects.
