Research And Implementation Of Business Management System And APP In Securities Enterprise Based On Android

The financial industry developed in a great speed,but the processing and management of the business is lagging behind many low level of information.The low use of technological means it has low effect in dealing with organizational and management of the business processes,and it has less efficient in all aspects of businesses in financial companies.With the securities business competition increasing pressure,many securities companies have to invest in construction of their own information management platform.The platform does a lot effectively means in improving the work efficiency and for customers' better financial services has great significance.For securities business problems,this paper deeply discussed and researched business processes in securities companies.Redefined and optimized business processes and management methods by using Internet methods in securities companies.The system uses Android platform technical architecture,the use of Apache,J2 EE technology,My SQL database,and other related technologies to achieve a safe and reliable system applicable to securities companies pay assessment management system.Firstly,the paper introduced theinformation technology background and related technologies in securities industry,then described the relevant needs of business processes.Secondly,it researched customers' business and requirement from financial company.Finally,discussedthe architecture and database design securities business remuneration and appraisal systems.Developed and implemented the system with software engineering methods and APP used on smart mobile phones.The test result showed: the system implemented the design and requirement which were expected,completed business management on employee performance appraisal,improve business efficiency and the level of information in security companies.It also got a further enhance the core competitiveness of securities companies.
