A Research On Risk Management Of The Development Of X Trading And Clearing Platform

The construction of large-scale platform system project is an extremely complicated process,which involves enterprise strategic planning,business planning,system planning,technical application and project management,etc.Each stage needs the support of various resources such as human resources,financial resources and material resources of the enterprise,and is also full of various risks.How to identify,evaluate,prevent and deal with the risks in these projects is the key to the success or failure of the project.Therefore,this paper chooses X trading and settlement platform software project risk management as the research topic to discuss how to effectively carry out systematic software project risk management.This paper takes the strategic platform project of my company,namely X trading and settlement system,as the research object,reviews and analyzes the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,and systematically sorts out the theoretical system of project risk management.The characteristics of domestic and foreign commodity markets are introduced and analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of X trading and settlement platform project itself,the project's potential demand risks,product risks,customer risks,management process risks,technical risks and security risks were analyzed.Through the project risk management framework,identify and evaluate potential risk factors,establish a risk event index classification system,such as impact level,probability level,severity level,processing priority,etc.,analyze risk events,and form a list of risk analysis results;Listing according to the results of the risk analysis and risk response strategy theory,establish a project risk events reporting methods and procedures,risk event handling methods and procedures,and according to the risk control process were introduced in detail in the project actual demand change risk,coordinated risk and the risk of project delay the whole control process;This paper summarizes in detail the seven safeguards for the implementation of the risk management scheme of X trading and settlement platform project,and summarizes the actual effect of the implementation of these safeguards.At the end of the paper,the thesis summarizes the whole paper.The research in this paper can provide reference for similar software development projects to reduce risks and losses.
