| The aging phenomenon and its related economic and social consequences are becoming increasingly prominent.The aging groups’ demand for supporting industries and supporting services is increasing day by day,and their demand for related services is increasingly refined and diversified.Positive aging is the important theory in the background,which points out the direction of the endowment service policy system.Based on the overall direction and basic framework of active aging,the operation and development of relevant elderly care service industry needs the active participation and input of corresponding subjects.Based on the background of active aging,based on the theory of active aging and new public service,this paper takes S Hospital nursing Home in Shandong Province as an example,combined with the operation practice of public hospitals participating in the combination of medical and nursing care,analyzes the advantages of public hospitals participating in the combination of medical and nursing care,and discusses the existing problems and causes of public hospitals participating in the combination of medical and nursing care.On this basis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to more effectively participate in the combination of medical and nursing care and give full play to the advantages of public hospitals.Through the study,this paper found that the participation of public hospitals in the combination of medical and nursing care has significant advantages,which are reflected in the layout of suitable for the elderly,perfect medical facilities,standardized care grading,strong medical service guarantee,rapid and convenient referral,harmonious docking of medical and nursing care,open and transparent fees,and basic medical insurance as backing.But at the same time,it also faces many problems.Firstly,the system of the combination of medical and nursing care is not mature enough and lacks of government support.Secondly,public hospitals lack of experience in elderly care services,so that their participation in the combination of medical care is not mature.Thirdly,the service quality of the combination of medical and nursing care does not match the level of supply and demand,and there is still a gap in the supply and demand market.Based on the specific analysis of the problem and its causes,this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions,including further improving the construction of the planning system for the combination of medical and nursing care,enhancing the service capacity of public hospitals,strengthening government service guidance and social participation,and effectively optimizing the policy,social and economic environment and practice path for public hospitals to participate in the combination of medical and nursing care.Based on the analysis of the participation of public hospitals in the combination of medical care and welfare,this study provides practical basis and reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies of the combination of medical care and welfare and promoting the realization of positive aging. |
