Research On The Model Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing Care" In Handan City

With the rapid development of economic society in our country,the people's living standard is improving day by day,the old-age care conditions are gradually improving,the average life expectancy is increasing year by year,and the developing situation of population aging become irreversible.The problem of aging population includes not only provide for the aged but also health.As a new mode of old-age care,the model of combining medical care with old-age service effectively integrates the concept of healthy old-age care into the old-age service.It is a new way to integrate medical and pension resourcesThis paper is based on the basic idea of "analyzing the current situation--finding the problems--proposing the countermeasures",taking the relevant literature research as the theoretical basis,and taking the first-hand data obtained from the field investigation and visits to the relevant units of the "combination of medical and nursing care" pension service model in Handan city as the data basis.This paper analyzed the development of the "combination of medical and nursing care" pension service model in Handan city from the aspects of development environment,system architecture,work results and typical cases.Through the systematic analysis of survey data and interview data,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of three service modes of "integrated care","linkage operation" and "support radiation" in Handan city,and grasps the characteristics and development direction of the service mode.Through the above research,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of "medical and nursing combined" pension service in Handan city from the government,institutions,society and individuals,the problems mainly include the following:government departments are not communicating smoothly;service supervision is not in place;health care workers are unevenly distributed;the proportion of designated medical insurance institutions is low;the integration degree of medical and old-age care resources is low;insufficient capital input;nursing staff has a prejudice against work;the elderly and their families have a low awareness of the new pension model;the economic income is not high;do not want to body and mind is constrained,and so on.According to the development status and existing problems of "medical and nursing combined" pension service model in Handan city,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable,coordinated and healthy development of medical and nursing combined pension service model in Handan city from the four aspects of government,institution,society and individual,mainly including:multiple departments coordinated the promotion;develop effective incentive measures;provide system standard safeguard;improve the service capacity of medical personnel;hospitals and nursing homes can be effectively connected;perfect the medical combination of long-term care insurance system;actively eliminate the prejudice of elderly care service;actively encourage social capital injection;change the traditional concept of old-age care;take the initiative to assume the pension obligations and so on,in order to create a better Handan city medical care combined with the elderly service model of the brand,and to contribute to the development of the national medical and nursing combined with the elderly service model.
