| China has entered an aging society as early as 2000,the aging process has accelerated significantly in the past 20 years.With the impact of family planning policies,the first only-child generation begin to face severe pension problems.The "421" or even "842" demographic structure has become the new model of family demographic,which makes many young people unable to under take the responsibility of the family regardless of time,energy or money.At the same time,with the improvement of living standards,the elderly’s demands for endowment are no longer limited to simple care.High-quality medical care and maintenance have become their new pursuits.China’s integrated medical care and elderly care services started late,especially public hospital-led integrated medical care and elderly care institutions are few.Therefore,the research on public hospital-led integrated medical care and elderly care institutions can provide a template for the development of China’s elderly care institutions.On this basis,it can meet the growing diversified and multi-level pension needs of X city.This article uses the literature research,field interview survey and other methods to introduce the current situation of aging in X city and the feasibility and superiority of the development of public hospital-led integrated medical care and elderly care institutions.This article will give a systematic and in-depth analysis of the problems in the process of developing public hospital-led integrated medical care and elderly care institutions in X city,and some reasonable opinions and suggestions are put forward for the future development.The following conclusions are drawn through systematic research:First,X city has an urgent need for public hospital-led medical care and elderly care institutions.X city entered the aging society earlier and developed rapidly.The home-based care is still the main form of old-age care,however through the interview survey,it is also found that the elderly in X city are expected to improve their quality of life,they hope that they can get adequate medical treatment and maintenance,and enjoy their old life happily,safely and with dignity.Public hospital-led medical care and elderly care institutions can provide the elderly with adequate medical care and maintenance,improve their quality of life,and let them enjoy the elderly life happily,safely and with dignity.So X city has an urgent need for public hospital-led medical care and elderly care institutions.Second,there are still many problems in the public hospital-led medical and elderly care institutions in the X city.Due to the early start of X city,there is no mature experience for reference.Therefore,in the process of development,there are many problems,such as unsound system and mechanism,insufficient social security,insufficient financial support and lack of professional talents.At the same time,subject to people’s traditional concept of old-age care and prejudice against pension institutions,the development of public hospital-led medical care and elderly care institutions still face many obstacles.Third,opinions and suggestions about the public hospital-led medical and elderly care institutions in X city.The government should accelerate the innovation of the old-age care system and mechanism,fully open up the old-age care service market,and accelerate the reform of the old-age care service industry to "regulate,regulate and serve the elderly".To set up a more comprehensive,equitable and sustainable social security system and pay attention to the training of endowment talents,increase publicity to change the concept of endowment.We will mobilize the participation of the whole society,Government departments at all levels,various market entities and relevant industries integrate resources and form a joint force to effectively to solve the pension problem in X city. |
