Research On The Key Success Factors Of The Combination Between Public Hospitals And Social Capital Cooperative Medical Care

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s material living conditions and the continuous improvement of medical technology,the elderly population has grown rapidly,and the characteristics of aging and longevity are gradually clear.With the increasing number of elderly people,the social pension has shown a growing demand,and the diversified level of demand for elderly service is also improving,which puts forward new requirements for the cause of the elderly care in our country.According to the guiding spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the whole society needs to actively respond to the challenges of aging,build a harmonious and friendly social environment,accelerate the construction of medical and nursing combined pension institutions and actively promote the development of the pension industry.The mechanism of medical and health care combination involves two aspects of medical care and elderly care services.If we want to promote the combination of medical care and care,it is not enough to rely on the resources of public hospitals.The best way is to introduce social capital and jointly develop the combination of medical care.The central and local governments have issued a series of measures to encourage social forces to participate in the cause of elderly care services.In recent years,they have issued relevant guidance and incentive policies.At present,the development of medical and health integration between public hospitals and social capital is still in the pilot stage of exploration.Therefore,how to make the cooperation succeed and the combination of medical and health care can be successfully implemented is a worthy of study.This paper will summarize the experience of medical care and cooperative medical management,integrate the theory of public management and key success factors,and extract 33 key success factors that affect the combination of public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical care through the analysis of the relevant policies and documents.On this basis,the key success factors questionnaire of the combination of public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical and health care is designed.After data collection and analysis,the key success factors of the combination of 16 public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical care are obtained.After factor analysis and regression analysis,the 16 key success factors are divided into nine categories: social implementation environment,government support,risk sharing,etc.Finally,the initial classification method is verified and refined,and finally the key success factors of the combination of public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical and health care are obtained.Then,the typical public hospital and social capital cooperative medical and health care project are analyzed.The key success factors obtained in this paper are compared with the success factors of the case,so as to verify that the key success factors obtained in this paper are of practical significance.Finally,combined with the data and the results of case analysis,the paper further summarizes and analyzes the key success factors of public hospitals and social capital,and concludes six key success factors,namely social support and environment,risk management,strength of public hospital / social capital,policy and implementation mechanism,project itself and government support.Through the analysis conclusion,some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the combination of public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical and health care,and it can provide reference and basis for improving the success rate and key success factors of the combination of public hospitals and social capital cooperative medical and health care.
