The Optimization Study Of The "Medical And Nursing Combination" Pension Model In Guangzhou

China has entered the ranks of an“aging society" and the pace of China's aging society will develop faster and faster.Face with this predicament,the Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Service Industry and other policy documents were promulgated by the State Council,aiming to promote the cooperation between medical institutions and nursing institutions for the elderly and provide better old-age care services."The combined medical and elderly care services" is a new model of old-age care that has been continuously explored in China in recent years.Through the exchange of resources between medical institutions and nursing institutions for the elderly to meet the both medical and nursing needs for elderly population.With the implementation of national policy,the medical and nursing integration work has achieved initial results,and the "medical and nursing combination"pension model has been booming development.At present,Guangzhou has basically formed the situation of“combination of medical care and nursing care".In Guangzhou,there are more and more old-age care institutions combining medical and nursing service in a variety of ways,including:signing agreements with the Third Grade hospitals to establish a green channel;self-run medical institutions to meet the medical and rehabilitation needs of the elderly;cooperation with hospitals in setting up medical institutions and strengthening medical support;long-term cooperation with community health service centers,regularly provide door-to-door services for the elderly.The diversification of the needs of the elderly lead to the diversification of the "medical and nursing combination" pension model.With the support of the Huangpu District Government,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University created a demonstration model of "Upstairs living downstairs for medical treatment,vertical medical and nursing care" in the Huangpu District Elderly Home,which scientifically and rationally co-ordinate the two aspects of health and pension resources,to achieve the "medical and nursing" innovation model.This thesis explores the optimization of the "medical and nursing combination"pension model in Guangzhou with the case of the "vertical medical and nursing care" project of the Fifth Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.The first chapter of the thesis is an introduction,expounding the research background and research significance,summarizing the research of scholars at home and abroad,and expounding the main problems and research methods of the research.The second chapter explains the related concepts and the supporting theories such as aging.The third chapter takes the "vertical medical and nursing care" project of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital ofGuangzhou Medical University as the research object,and discusses the practical exploration of the this project,including the introduction of the project,analysis of the outstanding problems in the practice of the project.The fourth chapter explores the successful experience of the old-age pension model abroad,and points out the experience that our country can use for reference.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis results of the research,combined with the existing theoretical results and practical experience at home and abroad,to explore the problem of the "vertical medical and nursing care" of the Fifth Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and even the "medical and nursing combination" pension model of Guangzhou,and proposes some optimization development recommendations.
