Faced with the challenges of a sluggish global economy and domestic economic slowdown,small and medium-sized enterprises and business managers must take effective measures to enhance their core competitiveness.Talent competition is key to a company’s core competitiveness.Therefore,in order to make the company more competitive,it is necessary to attract more outstanding talents to join the talent team.As the basic work of human resource management,recruitment is also the top priority.Z Company is an advanced technology battery positive material manufacturing and R&D base,dedicated to creating high-quality battery positive materials and providing services to the new energy vehicle and 3C consumer electronics industries.With the growing scale of Z Company’s development,the number of employees recruited each year is increasing,and various problems in recruitment management are gradually exposed.How to maintain stable and sustainable development,standardize the recruitment process,and improve the talent selection mechanism are currently urgent problems to be solved.This article uses research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and one-on-one interviews.Based on the recruitment management status quo of Z Company,it combines the theories of personnel position matching,competency model,and talent assessment to deeply analyze the current situation of Z Company’s recruitment management and explore the problems that exist,such as the lack of planning in recruitment work,insufficient job analysis,single recruitment channels,insufficient professionalism of the recruitment team,and single talent assessment mode.The reasons for these problems are also analyzed.In response to the existing problems,practical measures are proposed,such as formulating recruitment plans based on organizational human resource planning,strengthening job analysis,expanding recruitment channels,and optimizing talent selection methods to improve the existing recruitment management problems in Z Company.Through the analysis and resolution of Z Company’s problems,not only can the practical problems of the enterprise be addressed,but practical reference can also be provided for other types of small and medium-sized enterprises of the same scale.The difficulties in recruitment in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises can be identified,and other companies can draw on the conclusions of this article to get out of the dilemma of blind recruitment,select high-quality talents,and carry out targeted recruitment,training,and recruitment program optimization.
