| With the advent of the epidemic at the beginning of 2021,biomedical products and services are going deeper and deeper into People’s Daily life,reshaping people’s living habits.China’s excellent performance in epidemic control has also led to an increasing flow of capital and resources into China’s biomedical industry.In this context,the biomedical industry has ushered in the vigorous development,the flow of talents inside and outside the industry has become unprecedentedactivem,and there are higher requirements for enterprise human resource management.In the face of new market opportunities and challenges,EC Company has entered a stage of rapid development.Facing transformation and upgrading,it has transformed from a relatively single trading company of life science products into a life science product enterprise integrating research,production and marketing.As an enterprise lacking r&d foundation in China,the original recruitment methods can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development in order to win the favor of talents in such a popular field and successfully transform.This paper diagnoses the implementation process and mode of EC company’s talent recruitment system,deeply analyzes the problems in r&d talent recruitment management from the perspectives of candidates and enterprises,improves recruitment methods based on the establishment of psychological contract,and optimizes recruitment process.The systematic training of process implementers changes the problems such as the lack of recruitment process,the narrow recruitment channels,the lack of evaluation methods,the confusion of responsibilities of process participants and the lack of professionalism.At the same time,on the basis of analysis and diagnosis,it provides a feasible plan for EC company’s talent recruitment method optimization.As a country at the forefront of economic growth since the outbreak of COVID-19,China has attracted a large amount of investment,and more and more enterprises are developing rapidly with the support of capital.Human resources,as an important productive force,are the cornerstone of the development of each enterprise.In this study,EC China companies are targeted to improve their recruitment strategies and effectively enhance their core competitiveness,but also provide methods and ideas to solve the recruitment problems of more and more transformation or transformation enterprises to strengthen human resource management.It has important guiding significance for human resource management in biomedical industry and has certain reference significance for talent recruitment strategy of similar Enterprises in China. |
